Rosendal Hilltop Merlot 2009 This Merlot has a deep red colour signaling the presence of plenty of fruit with hints of cherry and plum flavours. The wine is barrel fermented for 10 months, ready to drink but will develop further for 8 years of vintage. Fabulous with beef, mutton, venison, fowl and cheese – best served at 17 degrees.

Rosendal Hilltop Cabernet Franc 2009 Classy and elegant best describes this Cabernet Franc, it has round tannins and good length as a result of a high degree of ripe berry fruit, pepper and clove. Barrel fermented for 8 monthsit is ready to drink but will develop further for six years of vintage. Excellent with beef, mutton, venison, fowl or cheese – serve at 17 degrees. Price: R139.00.
